Mark your calendars for our upcoming Senior HR Practitioners SIG Meeting on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 8am located at airG Inc., 710 – 1133 Melville Street, Vancouver, BC.
The topic will be “Mapping Our Culture” facilitated by one of our members Brad Herbert. This is a continuation to the presentation on The Business of Developing Culture by Sheila Bouman from Navigo.As usual, we will all share our personal experiences and stories so please come prepared to discuss how you have married your own ideas with the input you gathered from your team members and leadership team to create a “map” of everything you are doing to influence your culture proactively.
If you have your own cultural assessment tools and exercises, best practices, or lessons learned, please feel free to share and bring copies for our group.
