134 tech employers provided information on whether or not they have Diversity and Inclusion policies, practices, and goals currently in place.
87 tech employers reported how their employees self-identified. From the data collected in 2020:
31.9% self-identify as a woman
43.3% self-identify as a visible minority
2.1% self-identify as a person with a disability
0.5% self-identify as an Indigenous person
8.2% self-identify as LGBTQ+/2S
