Matthew assists with resolving wrongful dismissal actions, collective agreement interpretation disputes, disciplinary matters, and human rights issues.
Hardeep Gill: Hardeep is a tax lawyer in the firm’s Vancouver office. His practice includes advising clients on a broad array of tax matters, including those relating to Canadian or international income tax, or provincial tax issues. He has advised clients large and small in the course of complex commercial reorganizations, transactional matters, disputes with tax authorities, and other business matters.
Daniel Lee: Daniel advises and represents clients in numerous areas related to immigration. His practice is primarily focused on corporate immigration, including facilitating global mobility for employees and facilitating their permanent residence in Canada. Daniel also works closely with employers in developing workplace policies to ensure their workplaces are in compliance with Canadian immigration laws and policies.
