About the Opportunity
The HR & Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of the AI team who will have the opportunity to make a big impact on our vision for excellence in people and culture practices. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations focusing on full-cycle recruitment, on-boarding, departures, benefits administration, performance management administration, streamlining processes/procedures and other general HR responsibilities to ensure HR practices and operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization and the people.
Prepare employment-related documentation and process organizational changes.
Assist with full-cycle recruitment including:
Posting and maintaining vacancies on job boards.
Reviewing and shortlisting applicants.
Managing candidate pipelines for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
